Greek music for classical guitar

I've been dead quiet for about a year, I know. Well, I've been hard at it working on a book and a new album to go with it.
Being half Greek Cypriot, I grew up listening and playing a lot of Greek traditional music. I decided I'd like to share this with the wider community and got permission to arrange and publish this from all to enjoy. Getting permission is a really difficult task and I'm proud to introduce my work to you. Spirit of the Greeks - Greek music for classical guitar

I also recorded all the music to be released as an album for non-guitarists to enjoy the music

More about the project at http://www.spiritofthegreeks.com

Hopefully some of you will take a look / listen and enjoy it too

You have definitely captured the spirit of Greek music and rhythms, Mark. No wonder you have been quiet, busy buried in your work. I hope it becomes as successful as it deserves to be.

Thanks so much Lester. Always a great support I know it is probably an exceptionally small market but my hope is to offer some new challenges to the classical guitarist while sharing my passion for Greek music. There are numerous legal restrictions on this publication which almost made me pull it at the last minute but I'm pleased it s out now and hope others enjoy it.
