I had a set of Elixer acoustic strings, a book entitled The Songwriting Secrets of the Beatles, a couple of Ray Wylie Hubbard CDs and lots of socks to wear at gigs :-)

Not been on here for ages!

    I got Rocksmith 2014 and a 50% deposit towards a new guitar,

an Epiphone ES 339 pro in vintage burst... can't wait to get it home!

All the best for the season.

I got a spider capo and a year's subscription to Rock Star Academy.

I've just ordered an Epi ES 339 in natural for myself, as well as a Squier Vintage Modified Cabronita Tele with Bigsby. Can't wait to get them!

I got chocolate. And chocolate is related to everything, so that has to include Music...

    A day-glo running jacket with go-faster stripes.

The only musical related item purchased for me was a set of Pro-Guard ear plugs.

However, with no pussy or woof-woof to steal my cash I treated myself to a Hutchins DHR-2 and on the day itself the OnSong app for my iPad.

Early in the New Year I'm lining up an Olympus LS-14.

Nice. I have been using OnSong for over 2 years and have 300+ songs on it. It is the reason I bought an iPad.

I also haven't been on here for a while, but fortunately I did get some guitar related items.

A Vox Stomplab 1G, some Embrace tab books, used Squire Affinity HSS Strat, used Fender Frontman 15G.  A few other little bits, strings etc.  shocked at how easy the affinity is to play.

A nicely set up Squier Affinity Strat is a joy to play.  I have owned a couple in the recent past.  Plenty nice pressies there.
