According to a recent news item, 99% of the over-50s have problems opening modern packaging and think it has got worse over the past ten years. (It didn't say how many of the under-50s also have difficulty.)
Post your favourite packaging hates here. Mine are:
1. CD wrappers (impossible to open unless you poke the end of a pair of scissors into that little indentation).
2. McVitie's chocolate biscuit packets (pulling the little red tab never works).
3. Bin liners (getting the two edges apart).
4. Jiffy bags (I just cut them open).
