I've never owned any of them, so what do I know, but for a really cheap option that does the job, the Aroma seems good, and I have had a few Aroma Tomsline mini-pedals (overdrives and distortions) that were fine and nice-sounding. My possible reservation with that one is that it quotes a minimum delay time of 50ms, and you might want to go shorter maybe? Not sure. There must be a fair few other cheap Chinese made delay pedal options on ebay also, so worth comparing a few.
If I was going to spend a bit more, I think my personal choice would be the Memory Toy - I like it because it's genuine analog (which is becoming rarer) and also the modulation feature is nice to have.
If you're not looking for Hi Fi quality those cheap chinese mini pedals work fine (and in the context of rockabilly that would probably be great). Do you want to gig with this or just widdle at home? For gigging I'd take something like the electro harmonix or a sturdy BOSS unit.
The Carl Martin Red Repeat is a nice sounding pedal. It is apparently a digital delay masquerading as an analogue delay, though. The Memory Toy section on my Tone Tattoo is a really nice analogue delay, so the EHX Memory Toy would be worth having a listen to.
